Job Title: Director of Children's Ministries

Family Info: I am the oldest of three to my parents Gail and Joe Niesl. My brother is Tyler and the youngest is Emily. I have a sister-in-law named Brooke, a four-year-old niece named Gloria, and a three-year-old nephew named Nolan.

How did you come to Grace?
I have a background in Children's Ministry and had placed my information on ChurchStaffing.com, where the call committee found me.

What is your role at Grace?
I get to utilize one of the greatest evangelistic tools we have, Children's Ministry, where I partner with parents in raising our kids in the Lord, reach out to families in our community, and effectively raise up leaders to teach our children about our Heavenly Father, especially how much He loves them and how we should worship Him.

What is the best part about your role?
I get to make an incredible difference in people's lives with the Gospel of Jesus Christ that I know can save them from future trouble and help them live in the victory Jesus accomplished for us! I also get tons of little people hugs and have the blessing of getting paid to play all day!

Hillsong has stayed a favorite for awhile now

The Bible (it really IS my all time favorite)

What is your favorite pastime activity?
Hiking or running outdoors with friends

Where is your favorite place on earth?
My family's cabin in northern Wisconsin that is right on the water where the loons still sing up there

Sappy movies

What is your favorite quote?
"Go and find your own Calcutta" -- I heard it was hand written in a letter by Mother Theresa to a boy who wrote to ask if he could come join her ministry in Calcutta

What is a future goal to achieve within the next five years?
To run a half marathon!
